Hellenic Village

Hellenic Village was commissioned in late 2006 and the complex, built on 10,000 sq m, comprises 40 independent living units (ILUs) and 100 ageing in place rooms, each with their own en suite. There is a secure dementia specific area. Hellenic Village also has a Day Care Centre to assist those people who wish to remain in their own homes maintain their social skills or respite for their carers.

Hellenic Village offers residents the choice of self care, assisted living or dementia specific care, all on one site. Prospective self care residents have choice of well-appointed 1 bedroom, 1 bedroom plus study, 2 bedroom or 2 bedroom plus study modern units through a loan licence agreement. An open terrace barbecue area and community room are available for the benefit of self care residents

The complex has a Chapel with leadlight glass windows, a community room, kiosk, courtyard, and a hairdressing salon. The gardens feature native plants. Respite care is available for those classified as requiring low care.
