Community Aged Care Packages

Community Aged Care Packages are for people who have low level needs and wish to remain in their own homes. Greek, Mainstream, Veterans and Dementia packages are available. A “package” of care is developed with you and provided by our fully trained staff. The package may consist of any of the following services:

Light housekeeping: laundry, ironing, dusting, vacuuming, mopping.
Personal care: assistance with showering, dressing, grooming.
Shopping: paying bills.
Meal preparation: cooking, preparing food, freezing meals.
Transport to medical appointments: hairdressers, visiting.

Referral must come from the Aged Care Assessment Team.
The Coordinator will discuss the weekly fee with you.

Packages are available in the Inner West, South West Sydney and South East Sydney regions.
